Display density

The Display density screen adjusts how much UI fits on screen. Open it from the home mosaic, then swipe Apply to write the settings or Cancel to discard them.

Settings

  • Display scale — Sailfish UI density (theme_pixel_ratio). Restore default resets the key on Apply.
  • Launcher icon size — home screen and app grid size. System default / Restore default resets that dconf key on Apply.

Apply

Slider, combo, and restore buttons only change what you see in the dialog. Values are written when you swipe Apply. Cancel leaves the current system density unchanged.

Restart the homescreen after applying so all apps pick up the new scale and icon size (optional automatic restart on the same page).
